Three seasoned leaders will share principles, insights and experiences in becoming effective Christian leaders. These principles are applicable for your sphere of influence, whether you find yourself in the marketplace or ministry, a household or a large corporation.

Instructors:
Kevin Eshleman comes with many years’ experience having served in leadership positions at Ephrata Community Church, Regional Church of Lancaster County, Lancaster Youth Network of Churches, HarvestNET, INc. and Cocalico School Board. His heart is to see the body of Christ come together in unity to seek the Lord for His will for the region.
Larry Kreider currently serves as International Director of DOVE Christian Fellowship International (DCFI), a worldwide network of churches. Larry has written more than 25 books from his experience and passion to reach those who have not yet heard and encourage the body of Christ.
Jere Shertzer is the President and CEO of Water Street Ministries, which operates five ministries throughout central and southeast Pennsylvania: Water Street Mission, Lydia Center, Teen Haven, Wonder Club Early Learning Centers, and Water Street Health Services. Jere is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College and received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern University.
Barry Wissler serves as senior pastor of Ephrata Community Church and president of HarvestNET, relational network of churches and ministries. He minister as pastors and leaders conferences in India and the Caribbean. His heart and vision has been to see a shared outpouring of the Holy Spirit enjoyed by many churches in the region simultaneously.
